The clock/radio in our room was off by an hour when we first got there and I tried to fix it. They came promptly but w/floor mats and hand towels. I had to call the front desk for more floor mats and washcloths. There is a drain in the bathroom floor which is good but still is slippery when wet.
The shower curtains in the stall were very long and as soon as you open up the curtain when you are done, you send water all over the floor. We had a King/whirlpool room that was also handicap accessible. We really like the free full breakfasts at Hampton Inn. I'm sorry others staying at the same time as us had a noise issue. It was also very quiet on our floor(2nd) and we were about 20 feet from the elevator. Our room was clean, comfortable, very bright and spacious. Chad, the manager(?), was very helpful when I had called up previously. He was very nice, helpful and was able to get us an upgrade. The place was clean and the staff at check in was friendly. We have never stayed at a Hilton before but have stayed many times at Hampton Inns. The hotel is only about 4 months old so it still has some kinks to work out and things to finish. My husband and I stayed here for the first time from Friday 7/5 to Saturday 7/6.
